The FAKTR method, or Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation, is a chiropractic and soft tissue treatment approach that combines instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) with active movement and rehabilitation exercises to address musculoskeletal conditions.
